Small Changes Count, Big Time!

Do you know you have rocked out living and managing a whole new life for the past two months? When you are faced with a challenge, you rise to it. Yes, we all have had rocky days, but we have persevered and made things work. Are there any changes that you have made that have improved your life? If so, let’s not let those things go. Let’s hold on to them as we move into the weeks, months and years ahead!

As silly as it sounds, I have learned that I do not need to go to the store every other day. I have a grocery store and many other stores a stone's throw from my home. Before Covid-19,  I would not plan ahead at all and I would run to the grocery store whenever I needed something, which was often. Over the past two months I have learned to enjoy planning ahead and stocking up my pantry for weeks instead of days. 

This is one simple thing, but it is something that has improved my life and brought many benefits. Yes, it was initially out of necessity, but I added it to my plate with grace. Now, I want to keep it as a habit in my life.

What new things have you rocked out over the past few months? Are there any you have enjoyed and want to continue into the future? If it helps,  write them down now. Writing helps us commit to them and think about how we can keep them going. It’s also nice to put them in a place where they can be used as reminders.

You are continuing to tailor your life by taking small steps in the right direction, day after day. You are making your life more of what you want it to be!

Let’s see every small change as a gift that makes our lives better! Let’s keep doing the best we can as we march into the future.
