yes, I have quite a few large things I would like to tackle. I agree w/ all the things/steps you have laid out. but MY biggest problem? lack of willpower to stop doing the things that are unhealthy/not productive/etc. I need to start there. How about THAT for a conundrum??!!!
ReplyHi Allison, I’m sorry it has taken me a while to chat with you, I went away on a family trip and was “off the grid” for a few days. Recognizing the areas you struggle is a great starting point! I am a fan of keeping things REALLY simple, because our lives cannot take on more than that. Take time to decide on one unhealthy/not productive habit in your life that you are willing to tackle. Do you believe you can tackle it, even if it takes some time? I absolutely believe you can! Baby steps girl! Keep me posted!
Replyno worries! hope you had a great time. I think i’ll break it into even smaller steps & start there. it is overwhelming, but even just knowing I’m going to try, already makes me feel better about it all.
ReplyI love it! Super, duper baby steps! You got this girl! You are an amazing women. Just today I had to give myself a pep talk. You might need to do the same at times! Remind yourself constantly that you are amazing and can do it!
